Descripción

1-Boc-homopiperazine is used in synthesis of potent anticoagulant. It is also used to produce 4-(7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6H-cyclohepta[b]quinolin-11-yl)-[1,4]diazepane-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester by reaction with 11-bromo-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6H-cyclohepta[b]quinoline.

Aplicaciones
La 1-Boc-homopiperazina se utiliza en la síntesis de anticoagulantes potentes. También se utiliza para producir ácido carboxílico de éster de tert-butilo 4-(7,8,9,10-tetrahidro-6H-ciclohepta[b]quinolina-11-il)-[1,4]diacepina-1 por reacción con quinolina 11-bromo-7,8,9,10-tetrahidro-6H-ciclohepta[b].
