CD194 Mouse anti-Human, PE-Cy7, Clone: 1G1, BD
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Marca: BD Biosciences 557864
Detalles adicionales : Peso : 0.01000kg
Descripción
The monoclonal antibody 1G1 reacts with the human CC chemokine receptor, CCR4. CCR4 (previously known as K5-5), a seven-transmembrane, G-protein-coupled receptor, is the specific receptor for CC chemokines, MDC/CCL22 and TARC/CC17. It has been shown that CCR4 mRNA is expressed mainly in thymus and spleen. CCR4 mRNA was also detected in peripheral T-lymphocytes, basophils, monocytes and platelets. In addition, CCR4 has been shown to be expressed selectively on polarized Th2 cells. The human CCR4 gene has been mapped to chromosome 3p24. The immunogen used to generate 1G1 hybridoma was human CCR4-transfected L1.2 mouse lymphoma cells. This antibody is NOT a neutralizing antibody.
