Las escaleras de ADN MassRuler Express LR Forward y Reverse se han diseñado especialmente para una cuantificación rápida y fiable de ADN en distancias de separación cortas bajo diferentes condiciones de electroforesis. En las versiones forward, la masa de cada fragmento de ADN es directamente proporcional al tamaño del fragmento.
