Thermo Scientific™ O'GeneRuler 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a wide range of double-stranded DNA on agarose or polyacrylamide gels.

O'GeneRuler 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of a wide range of double-stranded DNA on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. The ladder is a mixture of chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments. O'GeneRuler 100 bp Plus DNA Ladder, ready-to-use, is premixed with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel. 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye contains xylene cyanol FF and orange G. In a 1% agarose gel orange G dye migrates at 50 bp. The ladder is supplied with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for sample DNA.

  • Can be directly loaded and are stable at room temperature for 6 months
