Descripción
It is not recommended to aliquot this antibody. This antibody is not cross-reactive with other related proteins.
FGFR4 is a member of the FGFR family of receptor tyrosine kinases. This family is known to regulate a host of cellular functions including angiogenesis, mitogenesis, osteogenesis, myogenesis, carcinogenesis, cellular differentiation, and tissue repair after injury. The FGFR family has also been implicated in a number of diseases including cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathy. FGFR4 is required for normal down-regulation of the expression of CYP7A1, the rate-limiting enzyme in bile acid synthesis, in response to FGF19. FGFR4 plays a role in postnatal lung development and may be involved in the development of skeletal muscle cell lineages.Especificaciones
