The LysoLight Antibody Labeling Kits offer an efficient method for conjugating antibodies with LysoLight dyes. This process allows for specific and sensitive detection of internalized antibodies within lysosomes using fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or high content imaging platforms.

LysoLight Antibody Labeling Kits provide a powerful tool for visualizing the lysosomal localization and catabolic degradation of antibodies and proteins. These kits utilize a unique fluorophore that is only active upon enzymatic cleavage by the lysosomal specific enzyme, Cathepsin B. Outside of the lysosome, LysoLight dyes have little to no observable background fluorescence, and only upon localization to the protease rich environment of the lysosome, does LysoLight become activated and brightly fluoresce bright green or deep red in color.
