Description

Sodium citrate is commonly used in nucleic acid hybridization techniques at concentrations ranging from 0.1X to 20X depending on the application.  It is used to facilitate transfer of nucleic acids to membranes in southern and northern blotting, dot blotting, and colony and plaque lifts. 

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. Aplicaciones
El citrato de sodio se utiliza comúnmente en las técnicas de hibridación de ácidos nucleicos en concentraciones que oscilan entre 0,1X y 20X, según la aplicación.
