Descripción

tert-Butyl cyanoacetate is used in the synthesis of vinylogous urea. It is also used as a new additive for the sugar nucleoside base coupling step en route to DAPD with improved β-selectivity.

Aplicación
El cianoacetato de terc-butilo se utiliza en la síntesis de urea vinílica. También se usa como un nuevo aditivo para el paso de acoplamiento de bases de nucleósidos de azúcar en ruta a DAPD que han mejorado la conexión β.
